General Summary: Provide clerical support services to team of Underwriters, Funders, and managers Essential Duties: - Review loan submission for completeness - Contact Account Executives and operations staff regarding documents necessary to complete file per Finance America (FA) guidelines - Stack and build loan file to include file labels, credit report, other file doc, print and insert data screens - Register loan on ALE, FA loan system - Process cancelled, denied and withdrawn files per FA guidelines and forward to appropriate Broker - Direct incoming phone calls to wholesales operations staff - Scan loan files to Global ServicesJob Requirements
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Keyboard knowledge through experience or school preferred - High school degree or GED - Experience with software applications a plus - Good verbal and written communication skills
