Business Analyst
The University of Virginia Health Services Foundation is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with clinical departments at the UVA Health System. Job duties will include gathering and coordinating the flow of quantitative and analytical data gathered from various sources to support strategic business decisions; communicating and presenting quantitative analyses; training users to interpret and use reports as management information tools; and assisting departments in the development and/or enhancement of processes to improve physician reimbursement. Duties also include revenue projections, fee analysis, quarterly business meetings, and general data analysis. Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus experience in quantitative analysis required. Knowledge of the health care industry, physician billing practices, medical terminology, third party reimbursement, data analysis methodologies, SQL and IDX preferred.

Medical Coders – Physician Group Experienced CPC, CCS-P for a multi-specialty physician group affiliated with the University of Virginia. This challenging position of a Coding Auditor is located in the Compliance department. The position offers excellent benefits, a competitive salary and a potential for advancement.

Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant positions are available in the Departments of Neurosurgery, Neurology, Pediatric Endocrinology, and Vascular Surgery. Required qualifications include bachelor’s degree in a related field, NP or PA degree, licensure for the state of Virginia, experience within the specialty preferred.
