Log and distribute incoming mail and faxes. Some filing. Process non financial transactions such as returned mail, address and beneficiary changes, name changes, and election changes. Prepare documents for scanning. Maintain and organize files. Retrieve and file documents. Produce correspondence to clients. Distribute reports
REQUIREMENTS
