Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Maintaining and exceeding service as noted in the IFS PwC Service Level
Agreement for the Stamford, CT office.Printing out daily conference room activities and ensuring proper set ups and
equipment are maintained/provided.
Provide printing and copying services as required by clients.
Purchase and maintain office supply inventory, stock workstations and supply
areas
Provide audio visual support for office clientele and conference room set ups.Maintain paper and appropriate supplies at all copiers, printers, fax machines
and common workareas.
Transport boxes/light furniture between floors.
Assist client service staff with hoteling needs, assist with finding visiting
Partners offices.
Report telecom/network problems to USIT
Provide short term storage of workpapers for hotelers
Maintain directory of in-house services
Help coordinate office moves
Coordinate and assist in the Work in Progress space assignments
Assigns distribution of lockable cabinet allocations.
Ensures catering is delivered to the proper location for meetings and events.Work with Infrastructure staff to Reverse-hotel Partners/Managers
Maintain clean desk policy for hoteling system and the respective areas of
their floor responsibility.
Take ownership of assigned floorsMaintain all coffee station on floor to be clean and well stocked
Service Center supply area, and copier stations are to e fully supplied and
neat.
Assist with the set up of meetings (i/e/ set up projectors, carry binders to
conference room, clean up after meeting).
Answer Service Center/Concierge phone and address problems as they arise.Review workspace availability report and work with floor EA's and hoteling
administrator in identifying "reverse hoteling" opportunities
Maintain Team, Conference and Focus rooms as well as identify squatters
Report any facility problems through the Service Request Database and follow up
to track completion.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
High School Education preferred or equivalent experienceEssential Requirements:
3-5 years of experience with strong customer service focus
Strong communication skills
Flexibility and Adaptability
Good team player
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and Powerpoint
Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines for numerous people.
Self-starter with strong work ethic and enthusiastic manner
Excellent organizational skills, particularly as it relates to effectively
prioritizing tasks/multitasking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to ever changing environment, willingness to lean new systems and
procedures
Ability to lift heavy objects ( 60 lbs)
Some overtime required
Ability to display the highest level of professionalism in all situations
representing PwC.
