Office Manager - St. Louis, MO
IFCO SYSTEMS is seeking a confident and energetic Office Manager for our reverse logistics center in St. Louis, MO.
Responsibilities:
This position requires working knowledge of all MS Office products, especially Excel. Ideal applicants will possess basic accounting and bookkeeping skills. This position also requires professional communication at all times with management, employees, and customers. Candidates should have two years experience in a fast-paced office environment and should be very organized.
This position provides general clerical support to the facility's management and sales staff by answering phones, taking messages, keeping schedules, copying, faxing, etc. Additionally, the Office Manager assists employees by providing them with payroll and benefit information. Each week, the Office Manager will work on a number of ongoing accounting responsibilities including customer service, ordering, invoicing, payroll administration, month end closing, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
-Ability to meet strict deadlines
-Excellent customer service and telephone skills
-Proficiency in all MS Office applications, especially Excel
-Work well unsupervised
Preferences:
-Manufacturing background
-Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
-AS or BS degree in Accounting or related field
-Solomon accounting software experience
