Office Manager - Patent and IP

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 per year Well established Intellectual Property firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager.
Candidates must have 4+ years of law firm Paralegal, Secretarial, and/or Office Administration/Management experience. Prior supervisory and management experience required. Knowledge of office management procedures, rules and forms a must. Some accounting and financial knowledge required. Must have experience with the preparation of formal documents for PTO intellectual property procedures and requirements; maintaining U.S. Patent Prosecution case files; knowledge of international procedures and requirements. Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Windows, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; good math skills; excellent grammar, proofreading, spelling and English composition skills; good verbal and written communication skills; and problem solving abilities. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.Interested candidates please e-mail
