Office Manager / Investor Relations
Global Investment Advisory and Consulting firm seeking a motivated and experienced individual to serve as Office Manager/Client Service Manager in Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach area.
Position reports to and works closely with the CEO.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and effective administration and dissemination of financial data, reporting to and working with global investors and international executives.
Work in partnership with overseas offices and customers, to supply consistent, timely implementation and execution of company policies and procedures.
Handle administrative/office management duties, including but not limited to account and record keeping and protection of company assets.
Manage all processes within the day-to-day operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years related accounting/bookkeeping/office management experience with an investment firm, banking institution, or sales-oriented business. Sales and Client Service experience is a big plus.
Must be able to compose own correspondence and develop client relationships as well as be able to work independently and effectively with others.
Excellent computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and knowledge of Goldmine are preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, financial, time management, and analytical skills.
The ability to effectively multi-task and work with little supervision. Previous supervisory experience will be beneficial.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Customer service oriented with good follow-up skills.
Chinese and/or French and German language skills a plus.
