Office Manager/ Administrator

As a key member of a growing high-tech firm, the Office Manager/ Administrator will directly support the Chromis Fiberoptics leadership team based in Warren, NJ. The successful candidate will have the ability to oversee and execute day-to-day back-office operations of the company. Responsibilities will include tracking and overseeing orders from receipt to shipping, inventory management, book and record keeping, and reception. As a result, they must also have excellent writing skills, basic accounting literacy, and have a high level of internet proficiency. They will also have customer and partner interactions. A professional demeanor, capable of interacting with senior executives and other professionals on a daily basis is prerequisite.
REQUIREMENTS

* Start-up or small business experience preferred, but not required
* Undergraduate degree required.
