MVI Services seeks a highly motivated Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join its Waldorf, Maryland team. The successful candidate will manage a variety of general office activities.

Key Responsibilities include:
Provide executive support to the President.
Supervise administrative staff and summer interns.
Develop corporate policies and procedures under the direction of the President.
Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies and other clerical services.
Maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
Research and develop resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
Establish uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
Formulate procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Plan office layout, develops office budget, and initiates cost reduction programs.
Review clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare activities reports for guidance of management.
Maintain contact with customers and outside vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
Four year college or university program certificate or two to four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency specifically Microsoft Word and Excel, accounting and inventory software, order processing systems, database software and contact management systems.
PHR/SPHR Certification a plus.
