Description:
Coordinates activities of clerical/administrative personnel in the office by performing the following duties personally or through lead workers.Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as typing, scanning, coordinating large and small mailings, staffing meetings (including taking minutes), arranging travel, liaison with landlord or other vendors, bookkeeping, preparation of payroll information, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical/administrative services.Evaluates office production, revises procedures, or devises new forms to improve efficiency of work flow.Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.Assists with office layouts, facility maintenance and initiates cost reduction programs.Oversees all administrative aspects of survey printing and mailing.Reviews clerical records to insure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.Prepares reports for management.Coordinates activities of various clerical/administrative departments or workers within department, such as DUR, MAC and CSDRB.Visit our website at:www.apshealthcare.comReferral bonus available to APS Healthcare Employees*

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
