Office Staffing ManagerDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Supervises personnel which may typically include: recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.•Manages daily administrative operations of a department including establishing work priorities; assists in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the unit.•Reviews, reconciles, and evaluates monthly ledgers, budgets, and financial reporting system reports for unit accounts; assists with fiscal planning, development, and management of annual budgets.•Plans, develops, and coordinates the execution of program policy, procedures, and operations; monitors compliance with university policies, procedures, regulations, and appropriate laws.•Oversees, coordinates, maintains, and/or processes payroll time sheets, sick and annual leave documents, and/or employment documents for staff.•May coordinate space assignments for the unit and oversee building security, safety, and maintenance.•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
•Involved in many aspects of recruiting and sales
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:•High school diploma or GED•Prior staffing experience required
•At least 3 years experience in sales
•Strong ability to work well without supervision
