Purpose:
Job Description:
Seeking five Office Management Assistants to provide administrative support to management and staff within several organizations.
Required Criteria
* Advanced level working knowledge and proven experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Intermediate level working knowledge and proven experience using Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer for conducting business related research.
* Experience interacting with and making arrangements for both internal and external visitors.
* Demonstrated experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
* Experience in coordinating both foreign and domestic travel.
* Ability to protect sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
* Experience preparing expense reports, tracking action items, and maintaining files.
* Demonstrated professionalism in both written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to maintain a positive and approachable demeanor.
* Ability to independently prioritize and complete multiple and competing assignments.
* Experience working successfully as a team member or independently.
* Ability to be flexible and proactive in meeting changing priorities and business needs.
* Demonstrated excellence in a customer service environment.
* Willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
* Ability to obtain DOE Q-Clearance
Desired Criteria
* Experience holding responsibility for a Classified Work Station and managing classified documents is desired.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the tasks listed below including, but not limited to:
* Meeting coordination, setting agendas, taking minutes.
* Calendar maintenance and management.
* Filing and recordkeeping.
* Preparation of correspondence and materials such as presentations, flyers, and reports.
* Reconciliation of department purchases.
* Ensuring department training requirements are met.
* Travel coordination for management and staff.
* Procurement of office supplies and equipment.
* Property coordination.
* Authorization of timecards for department staff.
* Collection, prioritization, and distribution of department mail.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
