Office Coordinator for an East Bay Digital Marketing Agency

Career opportunity to work in Berkeley for a small digital marketing agency. Looking for a really upbeat, fun, enthusiastic and people-person to take charge of all daily office functions including but not limited to:
Job Requirements Maintain stock of all office supplies (paper, ink/toner, etc.), drinks, food, etc.Manage production and supply of Company printed materials, including stationary and business cards.Be an expert on all internal and external Company practices and policies and answer employee and client requests as necessary.Collect, open, and sort mail. Handle all incoming and out-going mail and packages.Provide general administrative support for all personnel, including travel arrangements, correspondence, document production, filing, expense reports, and scheduling.Assist in administrative matters for other Company employees as needed, including filing, meeting planning, travel arrangements, and keeping Company calendar.Manage relationships and scheduling plan, and oversee while on premises, all office-related vendors including the cleaning crew, office supply companies, and office equipment companies.Schedule and organize staff meetings and manage meeting agendas.Organize all office events, from selecting locations and vendors to coordinating dates and ensuring that events run smoothly.
Help receptionist answer incoming phone calls and serve as lunch-time backupGreet and provide assistance to visitors; announce/introduce to recipient staff member(s)Manage client gift stockEnsure client meetings held on-site are properly serviced with food, drink and suppliesCoordinate offsite client events, including finding venues, preparing and managing invitations and invite lists, and responses/attendanceAdministrative support, including filing, faxing, building and maintaining resource binders, etc.
