Office Coordinator II

Reznick Group, one of the nation's fastest growing public accounting and business advisory services firms, is seeking an Office Coordinator II for their Baltimore, MD office. Reznick Group is ranked among the top 20 public accounting firms in the nation, maintains six offices across the US, and has approximately 900 employees servicing clients nationwide and across multiple industries.The position of Office Coordinator II will be required to perform scheduled and routine maintenance, ranging from light bulb checksMaintain quality appearance of the property; maintain the overall quality and day-to-day appearance of the property (proactive/reactive basis).
Uses problem-solving techniques on a continuing basis to accomplish work orders and all other projects.
Practices personal time management while accomplishing many different tasks.
Knowledge of emergency procedures, equipment, and willingness to share responsibility for 24-hour emergency call and response.
Willingness to learn on a continuing basis through formal and informal training.
Demonstrate positive, professional attitude with vendors and fellow employees, exceptional customer service skills a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Collects, sorts, and distributes company incoming and outgoing mail.
Assists the Office Manager on a daily basis by receiving incoming deliveries from shipping carriers.Maintains all conference rooms and posts schedules on a daily basis.
Stocks and maintains the company kitchen.
Manages inventory of the company kitchen and places, receives, and distributes orders as necessary.
Manages the inventory of the supply room and places, receives, and distributes orders as necessary.Perform the collection of company recycling on a weekly basis.
Assists with moving furniture as requested.Assist in all areas of the Facilities, Purchasing and Archive operations ensuring accurate and timely service, under general supervision.Project a customer service attitude and approach.Every Friday review pantry inventory and advise on the supplies that are neededStock pantry when supplies are received from vendor.
Maintain on-line telephone directory and insure all information is accurate.
Arrange in-house breakfasts and lunches for meetings as requiredProvide support for stationery and supply ordering as requiredPerform stationery inventory - internal and vendor maintained as directed.
Assist with compiling quantitative and qualitative reports, as required.
Research and respond to relevant inquiries from colleagues.
Perform other job related duties assumed with managerial approval or assigned by an employee with the authority to do so.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude. Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying the needs of the office. Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
