Office Coordinator

Provides supervision to the administrative support team, coordinates the services of the support team and assures the quality, continuity and delivery of administrative support services.Oversees the departmental administrative operations of the department or function. Processes purchase order requests and/or reimbursements according to guidelines. Maintains par levels of all office supplies. Prepares and distributes monthly reports with accuracy and within the specified time frames. Provides supervision to administrative support team. Conducts monthly meetings to communicate policies, goals, etc. Evaluates the performance of the Administrative Support team. Participates in the interview and hire process for the support staff. Completes all performance reviews within appropriate time period. Attends management meetings as directed by the department director.
REQUIREMENTS
Support staff supervisory experience, experience in overseeing billing supplies, purchase orders, and expereince in Mental Health preferred. Good communication and customer service skills
