Office Assistance Specialist - Risk Analyst

Job Type: Full-TimeJob Description:Location:
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Two to five years banking experience, with a thorough knowledge of business account documentation
Ability to work in fast-paced team environment, handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with personnel
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Intermediate level computer competency including Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Good typing skills (30-35 wpm)
Ability to effectively analyze business legal documentation and the assign risk as it relates to BSA
Thorough knowledge of banking systems, such as core processors, document image systems and/or Documentation software.
Supervisory experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Some collegeResponsibilities:
Develop new account documentation review procedures.
Negotiate and recommend possible new solution for documenting account documentation exceptions.
Supervise documentation review processing, monitoring and reporting
Analyze new account documentation as it relates to BSA policy and procedures.
Prepare management reports
Manage the DETS softwareDuties:
Manage the documentation review staff
Train staff in account documentation and BSA regulations
Handle and evaluate risk on all escalated review requests on documentation exceptions
Manage DETS software to include complete and accurate data entry.
