POSITION PURPOSE
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of company operations. Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures.MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coordinate daily operations of the company or department and its various components, ensuring compliance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations.
Coordinate schedules and orders, such as personnel assignments, work flow, and maintenance and repair.
Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Ensure that data entries are complete, accurate, and conform to standards and specifications.
Requisition materials and supplies to meet demands.
Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures.
Other duties, as assigned.NATURE AND SCOPE
Typically reports to Operations ManagerENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTSMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be eighteen years of age
