Classification: Temporary to Full Time Our client is currently seeking a Bilingual(Cantonese)Enrollment Coordinator.
The ideal candidate for this position needs to be able to provide in-person and phone assistance to potential and existing program members through application assistance, eligibility screening, application and prospect tracking, application document requirements, and other related enrollment and eligibility details. The bilingual enrollment coordinator reviews, evaluates, and processes new and renewal applications in a timely manner to determine eligibility of applicants. Provides program information via telephone to prospective members; prescreening for eligibility and setting up appointments for application assistance. Researches and responds to member inquiries regarding enrollment and re-enrollment issues. Conducts outbound calls with prospective and existing plan members to assist families in maintaining or securing coverage in Medi-Cal and other programs. Conducts community outreach activities as needed to support community outreach team's efforts to generate membership and retain enrollment.
