OFFICE SUPPORT COORDINATOR / RECEPTIONIST

Title: Receptionist/ Office Support CoordinatorFunction: Administration and Support
Responsibilities: Position will handle the office functions for the FreeLife West location - at Phoenix. In addition to handling the phone system at the Front Desk, the position will also be extensively involved in assisting with Office Administration and will work closely with the Milford, CT Office Support Coordinator in ordering supplies.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel; take messages as necessary.- Greet visitors and direct them to proper locations.- Ensure visitors and guests sign in the visitor log. Issue and collect visitor badges.- Separate and distribute mail to employees.- Ensure that both managers as well as temporary staff follow established procedures.- Distribute employment applications and ensure that they have been properly completed.- Track and order the supplies needed within the office and the cafeteria.- Coordinate and distribute Free Product Orders for employees in the Phoenix office.REQUIREMENTS Qualifications:* Minimum of two years experience in a secretarial, reception, or customer service position. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well. Must possess basic computer skills, knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be willing to minimum of 40 hrs a week on a 5-day work week schedule. (regular work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM) Must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.
Desired:- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.- Ability to maintain good working relationships with a variety of personnel.- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks from/for a variety of personnel.- Experience in managing the office as a receptionist in a medium to large corporation.
M-F work week, great starting pay DOE, eligible for full benefits after 1 month worked. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation accrual.
