OFFICE MANAGER/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the President
A local firm is searching for a highly professional executive assistant to support the president of the company and serve as office manager. This individual must be extremely polished, must have several years of experience supporting a top-level executive, and must be comfortable communicating with high-level executives. Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an office manager—managing, supervising, training people. Previous job stability is important. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required; MS Project is a plus. Calendaring, travel arrangements, and correspondence are all a part of this position. Excellent benefits and salary up to $60k. REQUIREMENTS
