Nurse Case Manager- RN or LPN

The Managed Care Office of Bayada Nurses, a national home health care company, has a fulltime office position for a team-minded nurse. Motivated individual needed to interact with insurance companies, serve as the point of intake for new referrals, and oversee the delivery of services. Responsibilities include: obtaining initial referral information, seeking on-going insurance pre-authorization, general case management functions, and collaboration with health care professionals. The results-oriented person who will compliment our team will have sound clinical judgment, provide the highest level of customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy being a valued team member in a fast paced office.
