Job Overview:
Serve as a senior leader within the operations team in the Northeast Region. Responsible for all Hoteling/SmartSpace locations within the Region. Reports to the Regional Operations Leader. Performs in accordance with the Operational Support Systems & Technology vision, strategic objectives and mission. A strong overall understanding of quality customer service, a proven track record of working cross functions at various levels, a strong business acumen and the ability to have independent thinking. Must be available for regional travel regularly.
- Participates in development of regional strategies and standards
- Manages relationships, client satisfaction and
alignment across the region, emphasizing a spirit of cooperation and collaboration
- Respond to service levels raised by customers or the regional operations leader
- Supports and sets hoteling standards throughout the Northeast Region
- Participates on national committees as it relates to Hoteling and Shared Services
- Work on National Hoteling initiatives
- Support design, construction and moves into new space within the region
- A member of the Northeast Operations Leadership Team
- Responsible for occupancy and utilization within all hoteling locations in the region
- Manage the courtesy check process four times per year and make recommendations on findings to ROL and Facility LeadersQualifications:
- Strong leadership skills (the ability to manage and address issues as well as manage change within the Northeast Region)
- Ability to develop, build and lead a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and manage teams
- Ability to multi-task various projects and manage varied clients
- Hospitality background a plus
- Ability to work on short notice projects
- Willingness to travel
- Four year college degree/university degree
- Seven to ten years of relevant work experience in a client service oriented environment; general administrative responsibilities with focus on operations, HR and strong people management
