Niagara Falls - Customer Service Representative

Customer Service RepresentativesTeleTech's Niagara location is now hiring inbound customer service representatives to answer incoming calls from both new and existing customers, while providing excellent customer service to support their inquiries. This position supports a major healthcare provider and assists with answering questions pertaining to Medicare Part D, the Prescription Plan.Responsibilities Include:

Answer both simple and complex incoming calls from members on all Senior Retiree Group products and external government program products
Respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations
Effectively solve customer issues which may include access to care, benefits, claims, eligibility, pharmacy and other issues
Update and educate members on the best use of plan benefits, as well as provide resolutions to their questionsQualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (experience in the healthcare field is a plus)
High School Diploma or GED is required
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated judgment, analytical, problem solving and time management skills
Must be able to pass a criminal background, drug and credit screen
