OVERVIEW – New Hire Administrator:

The Town Sports International (TSI) network of health and fitness clubs is the largest in the northeastern United States. In its 32-year history, the TSI network has grown to include more than 140 high quality health and fitness facilities in four major metropolitan areas-New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, and Philadelphia-with membership totaling more than 350,000. The TSI network includes clubs operating under four brand names: New York Sports Clubs, Washington Sports Clubs, Boston Sports Clubs, and Philadelphia Sports Clubs. There are also three locations in Switzerland: the Forum and the Joggeli Fitness Clubs in Basel, and the Luxor Club in Zurich.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Town Sports International/New York Sports Clubs is currently seeking a qualified professional to oversee the processing of New Hire Paperwork. This position will be located out of our Seaport office in Manhattan, New York.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing new hire paperwork
Reviewing pending issues in regards to new hire paperwork – Pending Box
Filing
Assorting documents
Processing of miscellaneous items such as direct deposit
Sending out letters to IRS – garnishments, tax levy, child support
In contact with General Managers, District Managers and Human Resources, on a regular base to resolve any pending issues regarding new hire paperwork
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year experience within a payroll department
Ability to remain organized and focused
Ability to multi-task and work under stringent time constraints
Knowledgeable in ADP, Reportsmith, Excel, and HR laws such as I9
Able to meet dead lines
