Mid-Level/Senior IT Recruiter
We are continuing to expand our business to include the Northern and Eastern regions. We are seeking candidates for a key position in the organization.

Purpose:
To screen, interview, and recruit job applicants to fill professional and technical job openings. Position will also include administrative responsibilities to upkeep and maintain applicant database.

Essential Duties:
- Responding to recruiting and staffing requirements.
- Research and review resumes daily
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
- Present qualified candidates for open requirements to staff
- Prepare various weekly reports for staff meetings
- Input and maintain applicants/candidates database
- Conduct background and reference checks
- Assist Staff with other assigned recruiting responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years IT technical recruitment experience
- Experience working in a small office environment
- Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft software products (i.e., Word, Excel, Internet, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated professional demeanor
- Strong business development experience a plus
- Experience with ResuMate database software a plus
