Busy National trade association is seeking a detail-oriented professional for a Membership and Customer service position. Candidate must be a team player, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization and time management skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, data entry experience and be at ease interacting with customers via phone (Note: job responsibilities do NOT include sales calls).
REQUIREMENTS
Duties and responsibilities include: data entry for multiple products/services, pulling routine reports and lists from the database, being one of two main phone contacts for members/volunteers and Chapter leaders of the association, coordinating multiple monthly membership mailings, and telephone support.
