Membership Maintenance Coordinator, Corp Sales

Coloplast, an international manufacturer and wholesaler of disposable medical supplies and devices, is seeking a Membership Maintenance Coordinator for our new Minneapolis facility.

SUMMARY: Responsible for maintenance of contract membership lists and internal system contracts, processing letters of commitment, and coordination of product information updates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.• Verify adds, deletes and changes and compared to prior month’s contract membership lists• Set up new indirect customers in internal system and attach to appropriate contract• Maintain dual membership roster• Maintain Group Purchasing Organization declaration forms in internal system• Obtain field sales approval on completed Group Purchasing Organization’s Letters of Commitment and maintain contract tier level in internal system• Work with Product Managers to maintain internal Product Specification spreadsheet• Complete distributor new product load forms• Maintain Distributor Code spreadsheet and update into shared Lotus Notes database• Special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:• Minimum of two years experience in related area, healthcare industry experience preferred• Super-user level knowledge of MS Excel including vlookup• Competency in MS Word, MS Access, knowledge of Enterprise One/One World systems by J.D. Edwards, and Lotus Notes• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
