Overview: Member System Services Supervisor

The Town Sports International (TSI) network of health and fitness clubs is the largest in the northeastern United States. In its 32-year history, the TSI network has grown to include more than 140 high quality health and fitness facilities in four major metropolitan areas-New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, and Philadelphia-with membership totaling more than 350,000. The TSI network includes clubs operating under four brand names: New York Sports Clubs, Washington Sports Clubs, Boston Sports Clubs, and Philadelphia Sports Clubs. There are also three locations in Switzerland: the Forum and the Joggeli Fitness Clubs in Basel, and the Luxor Club in Zurich.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Member System Service Supervisor provides support for basic administrative, member services and accounting functions for the club, as well as overseeing staff. This is achieved by consistently following TSI systems and procedures for the efficient administrative management of the department.
REQUIREMENTS
·Two + years supervisory experience
·Ability to handle all administrative functions
·Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
·Must be detail oriented
·Ability to analyze, solve problems and make administrative decisions
·Ability to interact professionally with corporate and club staff and external relationships
·Proficiency in Excel, Word and database reporting tools.
·Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
·Experience with Oracle a plus
