Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Brentwood based Medicare health plan is seeking a Medicare Enrollment Specialist to perform the following duties:
Entering Medicare enrollment applications into the eligibility computer system in accordance with company policies
Researching and correcting member eligibility issues
Creating, updating and maintaining hard copy and/or electronic Medicare member enrollment filesAssisting in the reconciliation of member eligibility reports
Supporting Enrollment & Billing department in other areas as necessary and performing related Medicare projects as assignedWindsor Management Services, Inc. is a equal opportunity employer.
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalentPrior Medicare and/or health insurance experience is preferred - previous Medicare enrollment processing experience will be considered firstMust be very reliable and able to meet very strict ongoing productivity deadlines and quality levels
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
