To learn more, please visit www.Reveal.comReveal is seeking professional, energetic, friendly full time and part time front office administrative assistants/receptionists to serve as Client Advocates at locations including White Flint Mall (Bethesda), Kentlands (Gaithersburg), Downtown DC, Tysons Corner, Fairfax, Springfield, and Pentagon Row (Arlington). This is fantastic opportunity to join Washington's fastest growing skin treatment company.As a Client Advocate at Reveal, you are the hub of the center’s activities throughout the day, and critical to the satisfaction of Reveal clients. Excellent communication and computer skills, multi-tasking abilities, and the desire to work as a team player are keys to the success of this position.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting all clients and overseeing reception and waiting areas
- Scheduling and confirming client appointments using computerized
appointment log
- Managing client flow based on nursing staff availability
- Preparing new client files
- Processing client payments and updating client account information
- Logging, answering and routing incoming phone calls, faxes and emails
- Processing regularly scheduled operating and financial reports
- Maintaining overall appearance of the office
- Soliciting client feedback
- Inventory of all supplies
- Providing varied assistance to the Medical Director and Nurses as needed
- Other projects and duties as provided by Front Office Manager and Center Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have an Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- At least one (1) year of relevant front office administrative or secretarial experience
- Highly presentable with excellent customer service skills and naturally positive attitude
- Available and willing to work a minimum of two (2) weekday evenings and some weekend (days)
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Web browser
- Experience using multi-line phone system- Must exhibit professional telephone etiquette
- Must be able to work independently/unsupervised as well as in a team environment- Some accounting/bookkeeping or other experience with financial data
- Must be self motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
- Must possess sound judgment skills
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal/communications skills
- Must be extremely reliable with high degree of integrity
- Must type at least 40 words per minute with good accuracy
- NO MEDICAL BACKGROUND NECESSARY
