Medical Practice Administrator/ Office Manager

Medical Practice Administrator/Office Manager
Busy medical office seeks Practice Administrator/Office Manager to perform the following: manage staff, their work, and all Human Resources functions; manage the finances in the office; run payroll; manage vendors; interface with the physician, staff and patients'; be responsible for A/P and some A/R with outside billing service; order medical supplies and office equipment; manage HIPAA and OSHA compliance and staff training; oversee all contracts with vendors, including insurance and worker’s compensation company; oversee the use of the practice management software, etc.

Office is looking for extremely bright, competent, and congenial individual with a take-charge attitude to ensure that all functions of the medical office run smoothly. We are looking for someone who is fastidious about finances and can run an office with little waste and no excess. Must have B.A., be computer literate, know QuickBooks Pro proficiently, have working knowledge of the labor laws in California, and have five or more years prior medical office and managerial experience.
