Medical Management Coordinator

CHD Meridian Healthcare, the leading national provider of employer sponsored healthcare, is seeking a Medical Management Coordinator to work in our corporate office located in Albany, NY. This position will provide administrative support for the Medical Management Division and for the Occupational Health Medical Director.

Specific Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the Medical Management Division Provide Office Management for the Medical Management Division Maintain self-directed projects (i.e. policy mailings, physician licensing, etc.) Make/review and maintain all travel arrangements for the department Provide administrative support for executive meetings Provide Administrative support to the Occupational Health Medical Director Screen and troubleshoot incoming calls and facilitate solutions by resolving matters in a timely fashion through the proper resources within the scope of position responsibilities Assist with renewals and new applications for state licenses

REQUIREMENTS


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in an administrative assistant role, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work well with little supervision. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are a must.
