Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Marketing and Sales Coordinator
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for the day to day support of offsite sales staff, administrative support for Marketing, and all customer records and communication. This position must function well within all levels of the organization and build a team atmosphere. Reports to the Director of Marketing.
1. Maintain database of contact records with all information received or attained, daily. Back-up database daily.
2. Append contracts, equipment receipt forms and other correspondence from sites, Sales Representatives, etc.
3. Draft marketing correspondence, conduct necessary research, coordinate and execute mailings, interface with vendors, draft and review advertisements, etc.
4. Represent Medicomp at industry trade shows.
5. Prepare customer correspondence including mail merges, individual correspondence, quotes and cover letters.
6. Create and review quotes; attain approval and distribute.
7. Assist Sales Representatives with new account installation schedule.
8. Assemble information packets for customers.
9. Respond to customer and patient inquiries including message retrieval, mailings and enrollments, etc.
10. Enter weekly supply orders.
11. Update Medicare Allowable codes, as needed.
12. Send weekly Sales Representative packages with brochures, paychecks, etc.
13. Assist Sales Representatives in all requests.
14. All other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements:
1. Candidates must be 18 or older to apply. Position requires high school diploma or GED. Associate Degree or better in Business Administration or similar discipline is preferred.
2. Candidates must have very strong customer service skills and a CAN DO attitude.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication in the English language required. Conversational Spanish is a plus.
4. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Outlook. Must also have the ability to quickly learn software specific to Medicomp. Must have excellent typing skills.
5. Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Position requires the ability to deal with difficult personalities and the ability to resolve customer problems.
7. Position requires candidates to maintain a high level of confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines and requirements.
8. Position requires infrequent overnight travel to support marketing initiatives.
9. Must be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
