Hilton Computer Strategies is looking for a Marketing Program Manager in Houston, Texas. Hilton Computer Strategies is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, providing technical training to corporate IT professionals and software developers on Microsoft Networking, Internet/Intranet Development and Software Development technologies.

We are looking for Marketing Professional that will be responsible for conceptualization and execution of an aggressive, technology based marketing program. Includes responsibility for Web site, intranet, electronic newsletters, market research, promotional activities and most other activities related to generating leads and providing sales staff with the tools, information, and knowledge to do their jobs.

Responsibilities Include:
Manage vendor (Microsoft) relationships to increase market share and drive sales
Research industry to develop competitive strategy, and to educate staff on emerging trends and products
Develop promotional collateral, internal documents, email blasts and other client correspondence
Manage company website & intranet - web design, web content, website promotion
Develop promotional merchandise for employees and clients
Drive new product sales training to increase company-wide knowledge base
Manage and organize trade shows and vendor events

To join us, you’ll need:
A minimum of 3 years of specific hands on marketing or administrative activity experience
A good understanding of web and electronic marketing.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
This position is about getting it done, but it must be done accurately and completely.
Graphic arts skills are not required, but good taste is mandatory
You don’t have to be extremely technical, but you must be an excellent marketer with the desire to learn how to leverage technology to drive up the volume and relativity of marketing activities, while lowering the cost of delivering each impact.
