Marketing Development Representative

Calling potential and or current customers to qualify them for potential business or grow existing business.

Administering surveys by email, phone or mail to gather information from our customers or potential customers in regards to satisfaction, expansion, etc.

Entering information from the calls in lead generation into a database and assigning the lead into a proper category for follow up

Sending the actual lead information to the appropriate source, which would include sales representative, marketing, or managing internally.

Following up on all leads and customers

Data integrity responsibilities including calling customers to verify information and keeping it accurate in various database systems
