Classification: Temporary Compensation: $11.00 to $13.00 per hour Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Department: Marketing and Sales Support
Location: Corporate Support CenterSummary: Assists with projects and activities for marketing services by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepare proposals and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Provides administrative assistance to the Business Development team.Assists with research of new markets, business development, and lead generation via traditional research methods and the Internet.Assists with the Local Business Development Program. Coordinate with company local managers to focus on expanding our customer base and service offering to existing customers.
Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and other sales literature.Builds and maintains databases including competitor, customer, and prospect files.Coordinates client and employee relations programs and corporate events
Coordinates trade show exhibits, promotions, packaging, shipping and staff travel plans for trade shows when necessary.Maintains inventory of photos, artwork, film, marketing literature, and archive files.Assists in executing marketing strategies and objectives.Act as a liaison with vendors (printing, specialty items, exhibit and trade organizations and magazines.)Competency:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.Language Ability:
