Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

TRC is a leading national firm providing premier environmental and engineering consulting services to clients in the industrial, commercial, and government sectors.

We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant in our Boston, Massachusetts office. Candidate should have multidisiplined skills. The position will consist of assisting in all aspects of marketing the firm’s real estate practice including coordinating with branding/graphic design firms to develop and update corporate identity/marketing materials; interface with several real estate organizations including attendance at conferences; managing clients database and tracking opportunities. This position also involves performing specific administrative tasks such as making travel arrangements, completing expense reports, preparing power point presentations, scanning documents, developing spreadsheets etc..

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates with a minimum of 3-7 years in marketing and administrative support related experience. Must have the flexibility to travel.
