Financial Services
Manage administrative staff in 8 local offices throughout the south (Charlotte, Chapel Hill, Durham, Atlanta, among others) including work flow issues, training, development, and coaching. Act as on site liaision with Corporate Facilites for facilites management of those offices including security and IT upgrades, space allocation, new office openings, and repairs.

10 years administrative and facilites experience, preferably including remote management.

A college degree or eequivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, organizational and written communication skills.
Strong PC knowledge, including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to travel, including valid US drivers license.
