Job Title: Manager, Analyst



Summary:


The purpose of this position is to provide guidance and leadership to the Reimbursement Operations (ROPS) Business Analysts and establish continuity and communication between all Analysts and their customers to ensure department goals and objectives are achieved, in alignment with DaVita’s Mission and Core Values.



work schedule is Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.


2. Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and Visio skills required.


3. Ability to meet goals individually and in a teammate environment.


4. Demonstrated aptitude for effective delegation and coordination skills.


5. Proven ability to motivate others in order to achieve tasks and goals.


6. Demonstrated aptitude to effectively handle teammate interpersonal situations.


7. Ability to effectively communicate desktop applications to both users/Analysts and customers in their own language.


8. Ability to effectively collaborate with other functional areas to achieve the overall DaVita Mission.


9. Previous experience with relational database development.


10. Increasing levels of responsibility in a healthcare reimbursement operations environment.


11. Experience with project management and implementation.


12. Performance and behavior reflect the Mission and Core Values of DaVita.



Essential Job Functions:


1. Provide technical and leadership guidance to Business Analysts on daily basis.


2. Ensure timely and professional customer service.


3. Provide analytical representation in leadership meetings.


4. Annual Professional Development Review (PDR’s) from direct experience and contact.


5. Provide professional and team development.


6. Maintain reporting continuity and communication among Analysts.


7. Facilitate dialogue to identify system issues and improvements.


8. Manage multiple project requests and analyst workloads.


9. Other duties as assigned.
