This role will provide specialized administrative support to the VP and general support to the entire management staff.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Facilities Administration
Scheduling (maintaining calendars and coordinating meetings)
Travel (coordinating travel for management staff and visitors)
General Administrative (reporting, ordering supplies, maintaining files, etc.)
Maintaining invoices and submitting for payment.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Should be proficient in Lotus Notes- MUST have experience with digital calendar/scheduling system.
8-10 years prior administrative experience required.
Must be highly organized, flexible and able to handle multiple projects at once.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: particularly Word and Excel.
Must be capable of independent, self directed work.
Must maintain confidentiality.
Must have professional demeanor and appearance.
Proficiency in Lotus Notes is highly desired.
Corporate experience in providing administrative support to multiple people is highly desired.
