The Gannett Michigan Media Network (GMMN) is proud to be a member of the Gannett family as well as a part of the Gannett Michigan Group, consisting of Lansing State Journal, Lansing Community Newspapers, Port Huron Times Herald, Battle Creek Enquirer, Livingston County Daily Press & Argus (and four weeklies), the Observer & Eccentric and Mirror Newspapers, a variety of niche publications and online Websites.
This administrative position assists the (GMMN) team with initiating targeted sales programs designed to meet the advertiser’s objective and grow revenue. Performs sales and customer service functions for all accounts including assisting with the development of presentations, advising clients, and problem resolution. Assists with the coordination of all administrative work necessary to properly order and schedule ads with advertising services staff and local sales contacts including handling credit applications, supplying billing information and providing ad placement information.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously is critical. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.
