Overview:A Personal Shopper's primary responsibility is to provide complimentary wardrobe consultation to customers that desire assistance with the selection of a wardrobe and those who lack the time to make their own selections. The primary purpose is to help drive our Men's and Women's Ready to Wear sales and also generate sales throughout the store. A Personal Shopper also provides a higher level of customer service to the store.


Key Accountabilities:Source client's needs and provide options to those clients
Influence store team members and vendor specialists by providing service educationMarket service to store's team for client referrals
Organize, implement and support special events, speaking engagements and store promotions
Develop a strong appointment business
Use suggestive selling techniques to offer related items and accessories, driving multiple-unit sales
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of store products and services in order to build sales and enhance the level of customer service providedProperly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure a quick transaction
Follow special department operating procedures
Communicate effectively with associates and management and remain flexible to the needs of the business
Achieve sales per hour minimum standard on a monthly and seasonal basis
Achieve the company standard for credit solicitation


Skills Summary: Customer service/selling experience
Knowledge of fashion
Wardrobing or clienteling experience
Product knowledge with textiles and fabrics
Strong communication skills
