MANAGER RETIREMENT/SAVINGS PLANS

The job function is to support the Director, Retirement/Savings Plans in the design, maintenance and administration of the company retirement, 401 (k) and stock purchase plans.
REQUIREMENTS
Retirement Plan Administration -
* Manage Pension outsource relationship
* Develop/revise procedures, communications, SPD's as needed
* Review QDRO's for legal compliance, interact with attorneys and calculate benefits
* Validate calculation and process excess cash balance retirement plan payments

Stock Purchase Plan Administration -
* Co-ordinate Annual Purchase & determine discounted stock price

401 (k) Plan Administration -
* Support Director, Retirement/Savings Plan with participant inquiries, interaction with vendors and review of system programming logic.

Interact w/Corp. legal, outside vendors and plan participants.

Bachelor's Degree required
Three to five years full-time work experience with Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans required
