Position: MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

In this exciting role, you will exhibits a caring attitude, makes responsible decisions and choices while acting in residents' best interest, possesses a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance. The Maintenance Assistant reports to the Dir. of Environmental Services. Areas of responsibility include community needs, administrative, systems, and training.

Requirements
This role requires an ability to read, write, and speak English, along with the ability to prioritize, be flexible, organized and affinity for working with the senior population are a must.
