COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL NRT has an immediate need for an energetic and positive RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT who possesses a strong desire to provide great customer service, willingness to work in a team environment, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to fast pace office situations. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Starting rate is $10-$12/hour, depending on experience.Office Location:

Phoenix, Arizona 85016The following duties are normal for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, assists and/or directs clients to appropriate agent/staff member.
Answers the telephone; provides information; takes and relays messages and/or directs calls to appropriate agent/staff member; returns calls as necessary.
Responds to routine requests from agents and members of the staff.
Prepares and/or generates routine correspondence, letters, memoranda, forms, reports and other documents via computer and/or typewriter.
Uses knowledge of various software programs to operate a computer in an effective and efficient manner.
Maintain fax machine, send faxes, retrieve and inform agents of incoming faxes.
Receive, sort, and route mail, as well as stamping outgoing mail and logging personal shipments.
Arrange overnight deliveries for agents through DHL and FedEx.
Other typical receptionist duties assigned by Office Manager.
Receptionist experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2000 Word, Excel, Outlook
Must have typing skills of atleast 35-40 WPM
Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
Maintain an organized and professional workspace
Knowledge of standard office equipment
