Lease Analyst

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be on-site with our client. Under general supervision, you will perform owned and leased property administration, abstraction of property data and quality assurance.

Principal Responsibilities

•Performing abstraction and database entry of lease document information ongoing maintenance
•Perform desk audits, including negotiating resolution with landlords
•Produce ad hoc and/or custom reports, annual expense reconciliation and perform analyses (including financial) as required
•Must be able to establish and maintain strong client relationships
