MERIDIAN BRANCHES

We have challenging and exciting opportunities available for full time Lead Customer Service Representatives at our Ferndale and Meridian Branches in Bellingham. Primary responsibilities include leadership, reflected through technical expertise, operational knowledge and personal example. In addition, this position assists the Office Supervisor and Manager with training, coaching and development of staff to accomplish office goals and serve as backup to other staff positions as needed.

Ideal candidates will have proven customer service skills, high volume cash handling experience, ability to train and motivate others in a positive and supportive manner, exceptional communication skills, ability to organize time and work priorities and handle pressure situations and the ability to operate applicable computers, calculators and communication tools as required.
