Position Description: The LTL Operations Coordinator position is an integral part of a successful sales team in our branch offices. This position ensures operational excellence by supporting both internal and external customers. The main focus of this position is to complete essential functions to ensure LTL (less than truckload) shipments are completed successfully. This role also assists the sales team with managing carrier information and ensuring the accuracy of load information within our systems.

Accountabilities:
•Track and trace shipments
•Complete classifications of products
•Determine rates and discounts for shipments
•Prepare shipments orders
•Customer and carrier follow-up
•Answer incoming calls
•Audit load information
•Complete customer requests


Required Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Attention to detail and accuracy
•Time management and organizational skills
•Effective communication skills
•Strong customer service skills
•Professional phone etiquette
•Strong computer skills
•Ability to multi-task
