By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job as a Junior Analyst is to be a key player in the Human Resources (HR) Management Support Office of Market Strategy & Development US (MS&D). You assist in the execution of various projects. You determine and develop appropriate message/content for presentations to internal and external clients. You interface and coordinate with representatives from various HR segments in the preparation of projects and presentations. You manage highly confidential and sensitive information in conjunction with tactical and strategic projects (e.g., Off-Shoring opportunities, Compensation projects, etc.). You complete ad-hoc analysis for the Head of HR US, Global HR, Management Support team, and various internal and external clients. In addition, you coordinate, organize, and mobilize HR in satisfying various Risk requests (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley (“SOX”), Internal Audit, Compliance, etc.). You update the weekly initiatives calendar, Joiner/Leaver HR updates, global HR weekly flash reports, etc. You attend Client Relationship Manager (CRM), HR Management, and Senior HR Management meetings and distribute minutes. You spearhead the Managing Director (MD) and Executive Director (ED) headcount reports and assist in the preparation of the monthly HR Headcount reporting. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a candidate with strong analytical and report writing skills. You have strong knowledge of PowerPoint, with ability to translate and visually depict business concepts and ideas. You have project planning experience. You have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with senior management. You take initiative, as well as demonstrate solution-oriented thinking and independent problem-solving skills. You have a goal-oriented working style with the ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and remain organized in a fast-paced global environment. You contribute to a positive team atmosphere. You have proficiency in Excel and Word. You have experience in Human Resources.
