International Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Established in 1980, EZ-FLO® International, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of plumbing and hardware products. We manufacture a complete line of plumbing connectors, including flexible supply lines, appliance connectors and water heater connectors sold to mass merchants and via wholesale trade. We also manufacturer plumbing and hardware products under the Eastman® and EZ-FLO brand names, including Faucets, Stop Valves, Bath and Shower Drains, Tubular, Vanities, Rough Plumbing, Specialties and Repair Parts.
We are seeking an International Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work with our team in Rockwall, TX. A brief summary of the position is as follows:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinate and implement sales and marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include inside sales, public relations, special events management (i.e. tradeshows), advertising, and creating brand awareness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES [include the following. Other duties may be assigned]: Organize the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.
Supervise International customer service reps to ensure all orders, backorders, RGA, Credits/Debit request, custom paperwork, etc. is processed in a timely basis.
Manage drop ship order process.
Process quotes and special pricing for International sales reps.
Make sure all commission checks are sent to sales reps on a monthly basis.
Update all contract pricing and make sure that sales reps and customers receive a copy of their contracts.
Follow-up with accounting on new credit applications.
Generate sales reports at the request of the sales reps.
Process sales analysis reports for all sales reps by territory.
Coordinate rebate and co-op programs.
Book travel and hotel accommodations for all International Trade Shows.
Coordinate all the workload related to the trade shows held by the USA Co-Op channel (ACE / True Serve / Orgill / Do It Best) during their conventions and exhibits held in USA. (Price list , PE processing, book printing, catalog / presentation printing, folder preparation, etc.)
Co-op trade show attendance when help is required in sales and order quality control at the shows.
Maintain, file and track all price exceptions activity related to all consumer divisions sold by the EZ-FLO Latin American Group.
Maintain customer base updated with current price list.
Capture additional sales opportunities while interacting with customer base especially in promotional periods and/or when sales force is traveling.
Call on smaller accounts that are assigned as house accounts to solicit incremental business.
REQUIREMENTS
Three (3) to five (5) years international sales and/or marketing support experience.
Knowledge of international import/export documentation;
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish, Portugese preferred.
Must be able top travel at least 10% of the time to attend domestic and international trade shows.
